As the founding principal of Collins Management Services, I ensure that client success is always our key performance measure. Prior to CMS, I held key consulting positions at Morgan House Consulting, Inc. and Six Sigma Qualtec. I also held management positions with IBM Corporation, Keebler Company, StorageTek and Maricopa County.
I help clients solve critical business problems by reviewing strategic and mission-critical goals and issues, assessing the current situation, identifying and quantifying gaps, developing recommendations and roadmaps to solve key problems. This could include strategic planning and alignment, process improvement, establishing measures, work restructuring, leveraging of competencies and addressing leadership challenges.
We also offer a series of highly engaging and interactive Sharpen Your Skills business workshops. These workshops are offered onsite and as public offerings. We offer flexibility in group size, workshop length and specific needs of the group. Current worshop topics include:
