I help my clients grow into the people they were made to be using legal principles and tools to add value to their businesses.  My focus is on small and medium sized businesses working on company formation and maintenance, partnership and membership agreements, independent contracts, copyrights, trade marks, intellectual property, and general business contracts.  I also help clients with their estate planning needs.  Our office also offers legal services for construction, insurance surety  issues, and family law.

I have been practicing for 6 years.  I started in 2003 with the firm Baldwin & Carpenter, PC doing litigation in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, commercial litigaiton, and personal injury.  I moved to Dymond Reagor Colville, LLP (previously Peterson Dymond Reagor, LLP), in 2007 to focus my practice on business law, intellectual property, and estate planning.
